Mogul acquired Russian DZV bearing unpublished details of the transaction


American K-car information Mogul Group 2 December announced that it has signed on with the latter a definitive agreement to acquire the Russian DZV Bearing Company (DZV Bearings Co.), But the company did not disclose the specific terms of the deal.

DZV Bearing Company is headquartered in Russia Dimitrovgrad (Dimitrovgrad) is a private enterprise, with 375 employees, mainly to provide engine bearings, bushings and washers and other parts of the Russian automobile companies and engine manufacturers.

Mogul bearing the company's mergers and acquisitions for DZV yet to be approved by the Russian regulatory authorities, the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of this year or early next year.

Federal-Mogul's Power Systems business unit now has two factories in Russia, located Nabisco Liege Nepal (Naberezhnye Chelny) and Togliatti (Togliatti), products include pistons, piston rings and liners.
